Each arrangement from The Million Roses is handcrafted to order. Due to the custom
and delicate nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not
accept returns or offer refunds. Please double-check your order details before
completing your purchase.
Our roses are naturally grown in Ecuador and Colombia, then undergo a specialized
preservation process. When properly cared for, they can maintain their beauty
for up to three years.
During the preservation process, the roses naturally lose their scent. However, we
apply our signature floral tonic to each arrangement, giving them a
fresh floral fragrance that lasts for several days after delivery.
If your arrangement is damaged or marked as delivered but can’t be found, please
contact our customer support team right away at help@themillionroses.com. We're here to help.
All arrangements are packaged in environmentally friendly, fully recyclable
boxes that are specially designed to keep your roses secure during transit
and prevent damage.
Discount codes can only be applied to full-priced items. They cannot be used in
combination with already discounted products.
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping costs will be calculated and added at checkout. Be sure to subscribe or follow us for exclusive discounts and promotions offered throughout the year.

Absolutely! You can add a personalized message card at checkout.We offer two types of gift messages:
Paper Gift Card: A physical message card is printed and included in the
box with your arrangement. You can personalize the text during checkout to make
your gift even more meaningful.
Million eCard: When you enter a gift message on the product page, it’s
automatically linked to a special NFC-enabled tag located behind the logo on
the flower box. The recipient can tap this tag with their smartphone to view
your message.
