The Million Roses “Valentine’s Giveaway” Sweepstakes

By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of The Million Roses, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

1. SPONSOR

The “Valentine’s Giveaway” Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by The Million Roses, located at 401 Ryland Street, Suite 200-A, Reno, NV 89502, USA (the "Sponsor"). This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Honey Birdette or any other third party.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age (or 19+ where applicable) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Sponsor and its affiliates, along with their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to enter.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on 2025/02/10 at 12:00 AM PST and ends on 2025/02/15 at 11:59 PM PST (the "Sweepstakes Period").

4. HOW TO ENTER

There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

A) Automatic Entry with Purchase

Each purchase made on The Million Roses online store (www.themillionroses.com) in the United States of America during the Sweepstakes Period automatically qualifies as one (1) entry into that day’s drawing.

B) Entry by Form Submission

To enter without making a purchase, participants may:

Entrants must provide their full name, email address, and phone number on the form.

One entry per person per day (regardless of entry method).
Automated, bulk, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

Each day during the Sweepstakes Period, three (3) winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received that day.
Winners will be sent the gift cards by mail to their provided addresses automatically.
The Sponsor reserves the right to request government-issued ID to confirm eligibility before awarding the prize.
If a winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with these rules, they will be disqualified.

6. PRIZES

Each winner will receive one (1) $250 Honey Birdette gift card, redeemable at the Honey Birdette webstore or any of their physical locations in the USA.

A total of 15 prizes will be awarded during the Sweepstakes Period.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or expired gift cards.

7. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received each day.

8. GENERAL TERMS

By entering, participants agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the Sweepstakes process or violates these Official Rules.
Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, human error, or other issues that may affect entry submissions.

9. PUBLICITY & PRIVACY

By participating, winners grant The Million Roses permission to use their name, likeness, and city of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of the Sweepstakes and will not be sold or shared.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants release The Million Roses, its affiliates, and employees from any liability related to the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to:

Lost or delayed entries.
Technical failures.
Injuries, losses, or damages resulting from participation or prize acceptance.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Entrants agree that any legal disputes must be resolved individually and through binding arbitration in Reno, Nevada.

12. WINNER LIST

For a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to [Business Address] within 30 days after the Sweepstakes ends.
