Was ordering based on a 15% off my first order offer and found exactly what I wanted to order, placed the order and entered the discount code they sent me. It had no mention of exceptions. The response to the code when entered was that the item I was purchasing was not included in the discount offer. That being said the item I ordered was exactly what I was looking for and the delivery and service were excellent. I would order from them again but would suggest more clarity on discount offers. Felt like a lie by omission to draw me in initially. I’m still not sure what items it would have worked for?

First, the customer service team is spectacular. I’ve never felt more cared for by a company than I have with The Million Roses. They had a shipping delay on the hot pink boxes and replaced it with another beautiful arrangement of my choosing and still had it arrive on time, which was very important to me since this was a gift. You’ve made me a customer for life, I’m beyond happy with this company. The arrangement was absolutely gorgeous.
