At The Million Roses, each floral arrangement is carefully handcrafted to order.

Due to the custom nature and delicate quality of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Please review all your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your arrangement arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at help@themillionroses.com.
To assist with your request, include clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging. Our team will assess the issue, and if applicable, we will arrange for a replacement of the originally ordered item.

If you receive an item as a gift that was shipped directly to you and it qualifies for a replacement due to damage, we will process the replacement and provide you with the relevant details.
