The Million Roses – “I’m Feeling Lucky” Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Participants must reside in the United States or the European Union.
Employees of The Million Roses, its affiliates, or its marketing/fulfillment partners and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
To participate, visit www.themillionroses.com and click the “I’m Feeling Lucky” button under any eligible product.
Participants may enter multiple times during the 24-hour giveaway period; however, only one valid entry per product per person will be counted.
Additional entries do not increase chances of winning.

Each giveaway round resets every 24 hours, beginning and ending at 00:00 PT (Pacific Time).
Only entries submitted within the 24-hour window are eligible for that day’s draw.

One winner is randomly selected daily via an automated and auditable system.
The winner will receive the product they selected when entering.
Winners will be notified via email within 72 hours of selection and must confirm their prize within 5 business days.
If a selected winner fails to respond within this timeframe, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to another eligible participant.

The prize consists of one preserved rose box from The Million Roses, as selected by the participant during entry.
Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or other products.
If the selected item becomes unavailable, The Million Roses reserves the right to substitute a product of equal or greater value.

Prizes will be shipped free of charge to eligible addresses in a country where The Million Roses delivers.
The Million Roses is not responsible for delays, customs clearance issues, duties, or taxes in the recipient’s country.

Any applicable taxes, including U.S. federal or state income taxes on prizes valued over $600, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Winners may be required to complete tax documentation prior to receiving their prize (e.g., IRS Form W-9).

By entering, participants consent to receive promotional emails and SMS communications from The Million Roses.
Entrants may opt out of communications at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting support@themillionroses.com.
Personal data will be handled in accordance with GDPR (EU) and relevant U.S. privacy laws.
Full data rights, including access, rectification, and erasure, can be exercised by contacting support@themillionroses.com.

Use of bots, scripts, or automated systems to enter is strictly prohibited.
Any participant found to be using false identities or submitting fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
Only one prize per person per calendar month is allowed.

The Million Roses reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway at any time for any reason, including fraud, technical issues, or legal constraints.
In such cases, The Million Roses may determine winners from eligible entries received before the cancellation or modification.

Any disputes arising under these Terms & Conditions will be governed by:
- U.S. entrants: The laws of the State of Nevada. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Las Vegas, NV.
- EU entrants: The laws of Hungary. Disputes shall be handled by the courts of Budapest, Hungary.

The prize is provided “as is” without any warranties.
Participation in the giveaway constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and all decisions made by The Million Roses, which are final and binding.
